A
set-up fee applies for all plans, as per above Schedule. A Fixed
Term Plan must be retained for the specified number of months
(the Minimum Service Period). Non-Fixed Term Plans have no Minimum
Service Period, however, the minimum charge shall be one month. |

Shaped
Plans will be slowed to 64Kbps in each direction for the remainder
of the month once the usage threshold has been reached. |

"Included
Megabytes" is the total of uploaded and downloaded data. Shaping
can be removed upon request, with additional data charged at
15.0c per MB. Additional data fees are calculated as the total
of uploaded and downloaded data. Unused data does not carry
forward to subsequent months. |

Shaped Plans are payable in advance either by credit card on
a monthly basis, or quarterly via cash, cheque or money order.

Migration
to a higher plan incurs no charge. Migration to a plan with
a decreased monthly charge attracts a fee of $24, plus 50% of
the difference between the balance of recurring fees on the
old contract and the new contract, plus the difference in any
Early Termination / Setup Fees for shorter term contracts. |

An
Early Termination Fee is applicable, based on the contract term:
$30 for a 6 month contract, $55 for 12 months, and $65 for customers
on a 24 month contract. In addition, 80% of the remainder of
the monthly fees (number of remaining months multiplied by the
recurring monthly fee) is payable. |

Actual speeds and bandwidth experienced will vary depending on location, are not guaranteed, and may be less than the nominated rates, as these attributes are affected by many factors including signal strength, distance to base station, obstructions (such as terrain, buildings or concrete walls) between the base station and the modem, the speed at which the user is travelling, packet overhead and contention ratios. Additionally, the speed of access is influenced by all the usual Internet factors, such as the location of the server the user is communicating with, and with the congestion level of the particular server and usage levels of the links that the communication is travelling over.
If you find that signal strength is sub-optimal, try moving around the room, or closer to a window.
