DIAL-UP ACCOUNTS

Futureweb provides different accounts for different types of users. By purchasing an account with Futureweb, you receive your own personalised mailbox, access to the software library, free technical assistance, access to news groups and the Internet for the amount of time you purchased. All personal dialup accounts include 10Mb of server space for personal web pages.

HOURLY ACCOUNT
AVAILABLE FROM ALL OF OUR LOCATIONS
Price: $29.95 & No Monthly Fees (GST inclusive).
Hours: 20 hour block @ $1.50/hour
Payment Type: Credit Card, Cheque, Money Order
Notes: This package includes 20 hours for $29.95 (including GST). Hours must be used within a 6 month period (provided the account doesn't remain inactive for 3 months or more). This account does not incur any monthly fees.

CASUAL ACCOUNT
AVAILABLE FROM ALL OF OUR LOCATIONS

Payment Type: Credit Card only
Notes: If you would like to pay monthly in arrears (just the hours you used) then this is the account for you. If you use 31 hours in a month you only pay for 31 hours used.
There is a $9.90 per month account charge. (including GST).

FREEDOM ACCOUNT

Connection Fee: $29.95 (GST inclusive).
Price: $29.95 per Month (GST inclusive).
Download Limit: Unlimited
Payment Type: Credit Card monthly, or cheque payment 3 months in advance
Notes: The Freedom account is FutureWeb's "unlimited" plan -- no limit to the number of hours per month and no download threshold. This account has a session limit of 6 hours per connection and an idle (inactivity) timeout of 30 minutes. Only one connection at a time is allowed on the Freedom Plan.

BUDGET ACCOUNT

Connection Fee: $29.95 (GST inclusive).
Price: $22.95 per Month (GST inclusive).
Download Limit: 200 MByte
Excess Download: $0.21 per MByte (GST inclusive).
Payment Type: Credit Card monthly
Notes: The Budget Account is an "unlimited hours" account suitable for people with limited download requirements. This account has a session limit of 6 hours per connection and an idle (inactivity) timeout of 30 minutes. Only one connection at a time is allowed on the Budget Account.

DOMAIN NAMES

A domain name uses your business name as part of the Internet address. For example:

www.company.com.au (Web Site Address)
citizen@company.com.au (E-mail Address / POP Account)
info@company.com.au » citizen@company.com.au (Alias / Forwarding Account)

Top Level Domain names (eg. .com, .net, .org) are relatively "free range". Unlike .com.au domain names, Top Level Domain names do not require a registered company/business name.

To apply for an Australian Domain Name (.com.au) you require an A.B.N. or A.C.N. or A.R.B.N. This information is forwarded to a domain registry company and requires an additional fee to the hosting fee. As a registered reseller of domain names, FutureWeb can offer you the following discounted prices:

MAILING LISTS

Mailing Lists provide as a means of mass-e-mail, that can have controlled subscription and posting. If you would like to know more about Mailing Lists, feel free to contact us for a quotation.

WEB SITE HOSTING

FutureWeb offers Web Site Hosting to commercial and private clients. Included in this service are basic CGI scripts and the ability to access on-line databases (programming not included).

Modifications to existing e-mail accounts, forwards, aliases or DNS entries incurs a $22 fee per incidence.
