PRICING
If the telephone line you wish to have ADSL installed on is registered
to a private residence, select from one of our Home ADSL
plans. Alternatively, if the telephone line you wish to have ADSL
installed on is registered under a business name, select
from one of our Business plans.
The speed listed for each pricing plan refers to the connection's
maximum download and upload speed. See our FAQ
for more information. The
notes at the bottom of this page contain information
that applies to our ADSL plans.

Plans marked as "Shaped" will be slowed to 64kbps
download speed for the remainder of the month once the download
threshold has been reached. This restriction only applies until
the end of the month in which the specified download threshold

shaping can be removed upon request at the cost of 9.9c per
MB for additional data. |

Shaped
plans are payable in advance by credit card on a monthly basis
or quarterly via cash, cheque or money order. |

Plans
with a data limit are charged via credit card only on a monthly
basis. |

Please
choose your data allowance wisely. Migration to another plan
attracts a fee of $33. Line speed changes incur a $55 fee. |

Six
month minimum contract. Disconnection prior to completion of
the contract will incur a $99 fee. |

The
telephone line you wish to have ADSL installed on must be a
direct analog line and must not have any existing services that
are incompatible with ADSL. A list of common incompatible services
can be found here. |

Preselect
customers must also complete an "Authority to Change Long
Distance Call Provider" Form. |

First
level support provided by FutureWeb. Fault reporting or support
requests to a third party attracts a $75 fee. |

Discounts
for Bundled plans may not be used in conjunction with other
promotions, offers, specials or discounts. Only one application
for Preselect is permitted per company, parent account or address. |
